Al Ahli are bracing up for a crucial semi final game against Al Hilal in the Champions League Elite.

The Jeddah based club breezed past Buriram United in the quarter finals to set up this clash against local rivals.
The match will be played in Jeddah, the city where Al Ahli are from, and the club expect the fans to play a big part in the game.
Speaking ahead of the tie, Mathias Jaissle and Franck Kessie both acknowledged that it will be a very “tough game@ against the Blues.
“Tomorrow’s game is different because it’s in the AFC Champions League, and we know exactly what we need to do. It’s going to be a tough game.” The coach told reporters.

“Tomorrow’s game will be tough. We know Al-Hilal very well, and we’re hoping to get a good result.” Echoed Franck Kessie.
Both teams have already met three times this term, one win apiece for each side with the other ending in a stalemate before Al Hilal nicked it on penalties.
How the game would turn out is unknown but it’s certain to have an electrifying atmosphere given the unadulterated passion of both fan bases.
