Both players were cautioned during the 1-1 draw against Al Qadsiah on Thursday and will thus miss the next game due to accumulated cards.
Prior to this suspension, Fabinho has started every single game for Al Ittihad in all competitions this season.
The Brazilian has been ever present for the side in their quest to reclaim the league title.

Kante will also be sitting out the game as his 95th minute caution marked the fifth of the season which automatically rules him out of the next game.
In their stead, Mario Metay and Unai Hernandez will be called up for the game in Jeddah.
Al Ittihad will however try to put the absence of the duo aside and return to winning ways after three consecutive draws.
