More Details

Al Khaleej’s striker Joshua King has been getting a lot of attention in the transfer market lately and the club will not stand in his way incase of a suitable offer.

The 34 year old has been on fire for Al Khaleej in the Saudi Pro League, scoring thirteen goals in seventeen games thus far.

His form has attracted interest from league leaders Al Hilal and Al Khaleej CEO Mohammed Al Kahl has made it clear they’ll not stand in his way.

The club chief confirmed an official approach from the Blues and reveals the club is working in the best interest of everyone involved.

“Financial matters are always tempting. If the interest of Al-Khaleej requires the departure of Joshua King and benefits the club’s treasury, then of course the sporting management has no objection to the player’s exit.”

“Al-Hilal made several offers to sign Joshua King, and discussions took place.”

“Al-Hilal submitted a loan offer & a transfer offer to sign Joshua King.”

“Al-Khaleej management is open to the matter, and a response has been sent to Al-Hilal.” He concluded.
