The Portuguese has been proposed to a few clubs but his salary has been the major stumbling block.
However, another option seems to have surfaced as to the future of the player being resolved.
According to @a_altamimi11, the Knights are proposing a swap deal to Al Ittihad between Otavio and Kante.

The reigning SPL champions are looking for suitors to buy the remaining years of Kante’s contract.
The report states that Al Nassr believes a swap deal could work between the two clubs.
Both Otavio and Kante have been with their different clubs for two seasons but now seem out of future plans.
