But due to several uncontrollable factors, the Bianconeri might have to shelve their plans to bring in Jadon Sancho. It is well known that the 24-year-old is not part of Erik ten Hag’s plans at Old Trafford.

This is even after resolving his previous feud with the manager, so the EPL club wants to offload him and are looking for an alternative for this season.Juve had hoped to get him on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.
But according to several reports in Italy, the terms demanded by the Premier League club were simply too much forcing Juve to abandon that path and instead focus on the players that they’ve already signed.
They recently announced the signing of Teun Koopmeiners from Atalanta, their top transfer target, and they’ve already signed Nico Gonzalez and Francisco Conceicao for the wings, and with Next Gen youth player Samuel Mbangula impressing in Serie A so far this season, the feeling is that they’re well stacked on the wings.
Also, they do not want to pay more than half his €10m per season salary and would’ve preferred a dry loan without any option to buy. Furthermore, they’ve also so far been unable to find an interested club for Filip Kostic.
With just a few hours left, it is almost impossible to find an agreement, hence, it is more likely that the England international will join Chelsea in a swap deal involving Raheem Sterling going the other way.
For Koopmeiners, he wrote a farewell message on Instagram for the Atalanta fans, which received a mixed reception. “Atalanta fans, people of Bergamo, Atalanta,” wrote Koopmeiners.

“I had 3 wonderful years in Bergamo! Playing in front of fantastic fans with whom we shared evenings of great football.
“I loved the city of Bergamo. Certainly, our best moment was represented by victory in the Europa League! You will always have a special place in my heart!
“It is important to me to thank all my teammates, the staff, the club and fans with whom I shared all of this! I can say that I always gave my all for this club.
“I will never forget the history that we wrote together. I always respected Atalanta and I always will!
“Thank you again from my heart and I send a big hug!”

While some fans confirmed Koopmeiners had given his best to them and is only the latest to move on to bigger things, many others were very critical of the way he tried to force his way out of the club, including his refusal to play the biggest game in their history against Real Madrid.
