Nilden who spent the past season on loan with the London side from Italian Serie A heavyweight, Juventus signed a contract that will run until June 2027.

An attack-minded full-back, Amanda became an integral part of Robert Vilahamn’s side during the second half of the 2023/2024 campaign, starting in ten consecutive games in the Barclays Women’s Super League, helping the London side finish inside the top six of the table for the second time in history.

The 25-year-old made a total of 16 appearances in all competitions, including four starts in the Women’s FA Cup as Spurs reached the final of the competition for the first time, where she featured in the showpiece event at Wembley Stadium in May.

At the international level, she has made nine appearances for her country to date and was part of Sweden’s squad for the UEFA Women’s Euro 2022, where they reached the semi-final of the competition.

Amanda had a successful six-month loan spell with Tottenham before completing her switch permanently with the team.


Amanda's former teammate at Juventus, Barbara Bonsea has signed a new contract with the Italian Club until 2025.

The club confirmed the contract extension with the Italian player on Wednesday.

A Juventus fan since her childhood, a mainstay at Juventus Women with 176 appearances to her name, 82 goals scored, including the first in the club’s history in Serie A, and no fewer than 12 trophies won (five league titles, three Coppa Italia triumphs, and four Italian Super Cups), but the story does not end there as Barbara Bonansea has extended her stay at the club until 30 June 2025.

The forward took some time on her special day to discuss how excited she is about what lies ahead.

“Extending my stay at this club for another year is a wonderful feeling. Juventus is my home. That’s how I feel about it. I’m ready to start my eighth season here. There have been so many now… I do feel I have a good level of self-belief. I’ve developed so much there and while I’m delighted to extend my stay, I also want to keep holding the name of Juventus high.” She said on the Club website.
