FC Dallas have announced the transfer of homegrown goalkeeper Antonio Carrera to Mexican club Tigres UANL.

More Details

The 21-year-old goalkeeper, who signed with FC Dallas in February 2022, hadn’t yet made an appearance for the first team.

However, he was a key player for their MLS NEXT Pro affiliate, North Texas SC, playing in 43 matches and contributing to their 2024 league championship win.

Carrera is also a US youth international, having represented the United States in the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup and the 2022 Concacaf U-20 Championship.
