Arsenal Draw Aston Villa As Women’s FA Cup Fourth-Round Ties Are Confirmed

Fourteen-time winners Arsenal will host fellow Women’s Super League (WSL) side Aston Villa in the fourth round of the 2025/26 Adobe Women’s FA Cup, following the official draw.

The fourth round marks the entry point for top-flight clubs into the competition, with £54,000 awarded to winning teams at this stage and £13,000 for the losing sides.

Defending champions Chelsea were handed a home tie against WSL2 side Crystal Palace, who edged Lewes 1-0 in the third round.

Current WSL leaders Manchester City face one of the most intriguing fixtures of the round, travelling to AFC Bournemouth, the Southern Premier Division leaders, who thrashed Fulham 5-0 to book their place.

Manchester United will host Burnley, the unbeaten leaders of the FA Women’s National League Northern Premier, while another all-WSL encounter sees Tottenham Hotspur take on Leicester City in London.

The draw was conducted at Swindon Town’s County Ground following Swindon’s dramatic 3-2 comeback win over Leafield Athletic.

Fourth-round ties are scheduled for Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 January 2026, with broadcast selections to be announced in due course.
