Barbara Latorre Joins Atletico Madrid

The Spanish winger has signed a two-year deal with Atletico Madrid till 2023.

Bárbara Latorre Viñals, 28, has played for Prainsa Zaragoza, Espanyol, FC Barcelona, and Real Sociedad before joining the Rojiblanco.

She won the 2017 Copa de la Reina title with FC Barcelona and has won two trophies with the Spanish national team (Algarve Cup in 2017, and the 2018 Cyprus Cup).

One of her duties is to help Atletico Madrid challenge for the league title next season as well as bolster their return to the UEFA Women’s Champions League after failing to achieve both feats last season.
