Captain Alexia Putellas calmly converted from the penalty spot in first-half stoppage time to put the defending champions ahead.
The hosts doubled their advantage in the 56th minute when Leuven defender Katrien Everaerts inadvertently turned the ball into her own net under pressure from Caroline Graham Hansen.
