Spanish giants Barcelona were linked with a deadline day move for LA Galaxy right-back Julian Araujo but ended up signing Spanish right-back Hector Bellerin on a free transfer.

The former Arsenal player is probably not a long-term option at the Camp Nou because he only signed a one-year contract there, but Araujo might be.
After failing to reach a deal with LA Galaxy this summer, Barcelona will reportedly keep an eye on Araujo, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
However, Romano isn’t yet disclosing which other teams might be interested in the 21-year-old defender. Barca aren’t the only ones interested in the defender.
With players like Nelson Semedo and Sergino Dest coming and going in recent seasons, right-back has long been an area of concern for Barcelona.
This season, Ronald Araujo and Jules Kounde have both played in the position, but it appears that Bellerin may be the next to give it a shot after making a late transfer.

Barcelona are renowned for bringing through talented youngsters from their famed La Masia academy and one of the club’s current jewels is 15-year-old Lamine Yamal.
Xavi had a closer look at the teenager on Sunday after calling up a host of the club’s highly-rated youngsters to train with the first team.
Yamal was one of 10 players from the Under-19 squad to join the workout the club confirmed.
