Beatriz Pina Fonseca Joins Apollon FC

Cypriot First Division Women’s side, Apollon Ladies FC has completed the transfer of Portuguese player, Beatriz Pina Fonseca from Estoril Praia.
The Club confirmed the transfer on its social media pages on Monday, June 28, 2021.
Beatriz, 22, is a member of the Portuguese Under-23 women’s national football team.
She will put on jersey number 18 at the Club.
Apollon Ladies FC has a participating record in the UEFA Women’s Champions League after taking part in the competition from the 2009/2010 season to the 2016-2017 season.
They have not moved past the Round of 16 at the tournament.
The Club caused a major upset by defeating former European Champions, Umea IK during their second UEFA Women’s Champions League appearance.
