Boston Legacy FC Sign Brazilian International Andressa “Kaká” Ferreira On Two-Year Deal
Boston Legacy Football Club have announced the signing of Brazilian international midfielder Andressa Ferreira, popularly known as Kaká, on a two-year contract with an option to renew.

The 26-year-old will join the NWSL club as a free agent in January when the rest of the squad reports for preseason, adding further quality and international experience to Boston Legacy’s roster.
Born in Brasília, Kaká arrives from Brazilian top-flight side São Paulo, where she enjoyed a successful spell and won the Supercopa do Brasil in 2025. Her professional journey began at just 16 years old with second-division club Minas Brasília, where she played a key role in securing promotion in 2018. She later moved to Santos, spending two seasons in the Brazilian first division before joining São Paulo ahead of the 2024 campaign.
On the international stage, Kaká was part of the Brazil squad that lifted the 2025 Copa América Feminina, contributing to an unbeaten run that culminated in the championship title.
Speaking on her move, Kaká expressed excitement about the new challenge ahead.

Boston Legacy general manager Domè Guasch also welcomed the midfielder, highlighting her technical ability and mentality.
