Al Taawoun manager Pericles Chamusca has nominated Al Nassr to win the 2025/2026 Saudi Pro League title.

The Brazilian manager was speaking post his side’s 2-1 victory away to Al Feiha which moved them joint top of the table.
With fifteen points accrued over six games for the highflying Wolves, talks of a potential title charge has emerged.
However, Chamusca has immediately dismissed those tags as he insists Al Nassr are primed for the title.

“Al Nassr are the top candidates to win the league.” He said in his post match press conference.
Al Nassr have been invincible this season under Jorge Jesus, having swept aside all comers in both the SPL and Champions League Elite 2.
They travel to face Al Hazm on Saturday as they aim to keep up momentum in the chase for their first major title in over three years.
