Copa America 2024: Previewing Group D Outcome

Aiming to forget their recent heartbreak in the World Cup qualifiers, Brazil will start their Copa America campaign in Group D on June 24.
Along with competition outsiders Paraguay and Costa Rica, the Selecao are joined in this group by Néstor Lorenzo’s Colombian side who enter the tournament undefeated since February 2022.
Here, Bettitude analyses Group D and projects which country will advance to the 2024 Copa America knockout stage.
Group Preview
In 2024, Brazil have looked descent under Dorival Junior’s leadership, having moved over the heartbreak of the Fernando Diniz’ tenure. They should be strong enough, especially in attacking areas, to storm to the top of Group D in this summer’s Copa America.
Bettitude predicts how the other countries will compete for the remaining berth for a quarterfinals place; we predict that an impressive Colombian team will advance to the final eight, with Paraguay taking third place and Costa Rica placing last in the group.
