Al Hilal have secured a place in the knockout round of the FIFA Club World Cup, thanks to a 2-0 victory over Pachuca.

The Blues had opened their campaign with an eye catching 1-1 draw with Real Madrid before being held to a goalless draw by Salzburg.
In their third game, they proved too much for the Mexicans to contain as they put two past their opponents to book a place in the second round.
A first half goal from captain Salem Al Dawsari and another late effort from Marcos Leonardo did the damage for Simone Inzaghi’s side.
It was their first win of the tournament and one good enough to secure their passage to the next round.

They have now secured a place to play Manchester City on July 1st for a place in the last eight.
The Blues are the only one of four Asian representatives to have made it past the group stage of the tournament.
They finished in a group that has European powerhouse Real Madrid without suffering any defeat.
