Asked about the rumoured interest from the MiddleEast, the Belgian confirmed the news about his possible departure from England.
The 32 year old did not mince words when addressing the issue, leaving the door open to a summer departure.
“Saudi? At my age you have to be open to everything”.
“You’re talking about incredible amounts of money in the last stage of my career, you have to think about that”.
“For my wife, an exotic adventure is okay. I have to think about my future.” He told @HLN_BE.
The enterprising midfielder has been at Manchester City since 2015 and has gone on to win every available trophy in the colours of the Citizens.
Al Nassr have been rumoured to be seriously interested in bringing him to Riyadh in order to provide strong competition for rivals Al Hilal.
Meanwhile…
Alexandre Lacazette has reportedly reached personal agreement with newly promoted SPL side Al Qadisiyah.
The Frenchman had a decent season with his boyhood club Olympique Lyonnais following his return last summer.
