Denver Summit FC’s Jasmine Aikey Wins MAC Hermann Trophy
Denver Summit FC recruit Jasmine Aikey capped a brilliant Stanford career on Friday by claiming the MAC Hermann Trophy, the most prestigious individual honour in women’s college soccer.
More Details
Aikey becomes the sixth Stanford Cardinal player to win the award, joining a distinguished list of alumni that includes U.S. Women’s National Team stars Andi Sullivan (2017), Kelley O’Hara (2009), Catarina Macario (2018, 2019) and Christen Press (2010).
“I am so happy that Jasmine’s hard work and dedication paid off, as she is one of the most talented and competitive student-athletes I have ever coached,” Stanford head coach Paul Ratcliffe said.
The forward enjoyed a dominant senior season, leading both Stanford and the ACC in goals with 21, while also providing 11 assists.
