Since being drafted in the 2023 MLS SuperDraft, he has played in 88 games for the Lions, scoring 28 goals and assisting on 7 others. Orlando City expects McGuire to rejoin the team later this year, contingent on his recovery.
While he’s sidelined, the team will lean on Designated Player Luis Muriel (6 goals, 3 assists) to spearhead their offense, and Ramiro Enrique (2 goals, 1 assist) may take on a larger role.
