Esther Gonzalez: Spanish Forward Joins Real Madrid

The Spanish forward has joined Spanish Primera Division Women’s league side, Real Madrid from Levante UD after an impressive goal-scoring feat with the latter last season.
Esther Gonzalez scored 30 goals in 34 games for Levante UD in 2020/2021 season as her former side finished in the third position and booked a UEFA Women’s Champions League ticket.
She was the second top goal scorer in the league last season behind FC Barcelona’s Jenni Hermoso.
The former Algaidas, Levante, Atletico Madrid, and Sporting de Huelva forward is a reinforcement upfront for the capital Club ahead of their quest in the league, cup, and UEFA Women’s Champions League.
Gonzalez, 28, has represented Spain at U-19 and senior levels.
