Everything You Need To Know About The Women’s Euros

Today’s the day, folks: It’s time for the Euros.
The tournament kicks off at Old Trafford today as hosts England take on Austria in group play.

More Details

The group stage will run from July 6-18, followed by the quarterfinals and semifinals.

The tournament final will be played on July 31 at Wembley Stadium.
Similar to Mexico’s hosting of the CONCACAF Women’s Championship, England is hoping that this year’s event will showcase years of hard work in the women’s game.

England players will each take home £50,000 from the FA if they win the trophy on home soil, in addition to prize money that totals £13.7 million as the pool for the entire tournament.

The tournament has also already sold over 500,000 tickets, on pace to shatter the previous record of 240,000 set by the Netherlands in 2017.
