In the following days, action has been taken at a number of the implicated clubs.

Still, many are waiting for league-wide conclusions and decisions.

In Portland, Thorns president of soccer Gavin Wilkinson and president of business Mike Golub were fired on Tuesday.

The move came a day after owner Merritt Paulson stepped aside from club decision-making.

Whisler said Monday he was stepping back from Red Stars operations, though he has retained his majority sale. The board “wants to help facilitate a sale.”

The NWSLPA also issued an updated statement on Thursday, calling for further transparency as they conduct their own investigation.

The Yates report indicated that a number of clubs — including Portland, Chicago, and Louisville — did not cooperate fully with the investigation.

“We cannot actually fix what is broken if we don’t know everything and everyone that failed us. We also believe that we must go further,” the statement reads.

As of this writing, Racing Louisville has not made any organizational changes.
