According to Bettitude.com, the Nigeria Labour Congress strike has disrupted domestic flights, preventing eight football players from reaching Uyo.

The affected players include Maduka Okoye, Semi Ajayi, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Calvin Bassey, Frank Onyeka, Alex Iwobi, Ademola Lookman, and Paul Onuachu.
