Whilst Malcom is flying to Spain to see a specialist on his niggling ankle injury, the other four are back in the club’s headquarters recovering from their setbacks.
Sergej Milinkovic Savic and Darwin Nunez are both working in the gym while Al Bulaihi and Tambakti are recovering from a flu that prevented them from travelling with the rest of the team, the club wrote.
Al Hilal will aim to continue their perfect run on the continent despite the absence of its stars while Gharafa will be banking on home advantage to get their second win of the season.
