Formiga Returns to Brazil from PSG

Brazilian midfielder Formiga has returned to Sao Paulo Football Club of Brazil and was unveiled on Tuesday, June 22, 2021.
Formiga, 43, granted her first press conference as a player of Sao Paulo and was welcomed by President Julio Casares and former Tricolor defender Juliana Cabral.
Formiga was announced as a reinforcement of women’s football in Tricolor on June 7, returning to the club after 21 years of his first appearance.
After leaving Paris Saint-German (PSG) in France, the São Paulo FC player arrived in São Paulo, Brazil last Saturday. The midfielder returned to Sao Paulo FC and will play for the club until the end of 2022.
Formiga has also been invited for the Olympic Games, and will leave for Portland, in the United States, next Friday to start the preparation with the Brazilian team.
With the São Paulo FC, in two seasons, Formiga won three titles and played in twenty matches, with nineteen victories and only one draw, without any defeat on her resume.
