Germany international, Sydney Lohmann is in talks with Bayern Munich over a contract extension, but remains open to a move abroad, per SPORT1.

Lohmann grew up in Pürgen in Upper Bavaria. In her childhood, she first played for SV Lengenfeld, then for VfL Kaufering, both in the district of Landsberg am Lech.

From the youth team at SC Fürstenfeldbruck, Lohmann switched to the youth department of FC Bayern Munich for the 2016/2017 season. For the B youth team, she played six league games in the junior Bundesliga and scored two goals.

Her debut on 17 September 2016 (1st matchday) in a 3-1 win in the home game against the B youth team of 1. FC Nürnberg was crowned with her first goal, the goal to make it 2-0 with a penalty kick in the 20th minute.

At the same time, Lohmann was already active for the second team in the 2nd Bundesliga South. For this, she made her debut on 28 August 2016 (1st matchday) in a 1-0 win in the away game against 1. FC Saarbrücken.

In the second leg against this team, she scored her first goal in the 88th minute in a 3-1 win at home on 19 February 2017 (12th matchday) with the goal to make it 2-1.

On 19 March 2017 (matchday 14), the attacking midfielder made her debut in the Bundesliga when FC Bayern Munich lost 2-0 in the away game against VfL Wolfsburg over 90 minutes. She scored her first Bundesliga goal on 5 November 2017 (matchday 7) in a 3-1 win in the home game against MSV Duisburg, scoring 2–1 in the 29th minute. With her penalty kick converted in the 90th minute at SGS Essen on 4 October 2020 (4th matchday), she not only scored the winning goal to make it 2-0 but also the 1000th for a Bayern team in the Bundesliga.

On 5 November 2020, Lohmann extended her contract with FC Bayern Munich through 2024.

Lara Prasnikar has extended her contract with the German top-flight side, Eintracht Frankfurt.

She will stay with the German Bundesliga outfit until 2028.

The 25-year-old forward joined Frankfurt in 2020 from Turbine Postdam.

The Slovenian international also played for Rudar Skale after starting her youth career with Smartno 1928.
