Haas End partnership with Russian driver Nikita Mazepin

The driver who have been continuously maligned after a sexual assault incidence and fan’s reactions towards his driving in recent times, have finally been taken off.
“Haas F1 Team has elected to terminate, with immediate effect, the title partnership of Uralkali, and the driver contract of Nikita Mazepin,” said a statement from the team. “As with the rest of the Formula 1 community, the team is shocked and saddened by the invasion of Ukraine and wishes for a swift and peaceful end to the conflict.”
It had been announced earlier despite the F1 ending its relationship with the Russian Grand Prix, that Mazepin would be allowed to compete in F1 this season after the FIA confirmed Russian and Belarusian drivers can race under a neutral flag sparking off reactions of disgust from some quarters who expected otherwise.
However, on the same day, the news came that the Russian Formula 1 driver Nikita Mazepin will be barred from competing at the British Grand Prix, after Motorsport UK announced their response to the situation in Ukraine.

Reports are rife that Pietro Fittipaldi will likely take over from Nikita Mazepin as Hass driver this season and the news is expected to break before the kick start of the F1 season scheduled for March 20.

Sky Sports Germany reports that Fittipaldi is expected to take part in the Official Pre-Season Test which on Thursday March 10 in Bahrain for Haas.
