The former goalkeeper said to Bild while speaking ahead of the game that the club has its prestige on the line and would therefore play to win the game.

“Bayern Munich-Inter won’t be a friendly, there’s too much prestige in this game.” He said.

Bayern are looking to finish the group with maximum points for the third time in their history and a tournament record and Khan has said anyone who gets on the pitch will play for victory.

“Anyone who goes to the field will want to show off, performance will not change. So I don’t worry too much because the guys who will play will want to win the game.”
