Italian giants, Juventus are looking to mount a serious challenge for the Serie A title this season with their current performance suggesting that they’ve what it takes to give Inter Milan a good run in the Scudetto race, but the club also need to strengthen some areas of the team too.
More Details
Already, they’ve secured the signing of Portuguese defender, Tiago Djalo from Lille, but they are yet to officially announce the deal, needing to at least sell one player before they can complete the move and also bring in a midfielder this January.
It is for this reason that Italian striker, Moise Kean is expected to leave in January, as Atletico Madrid and Rennes join Fiorentina and Monza in showing interest. The striker has dropped down the pecking order in Turin after the explosion of teenage Turkish sensation Kenan Yildiz.

Arkadiusz Milik also made his mark with a hat-trick in the Coppa Italia midweek against Frosinone, so Kean is looking for alternative clubs. Fiorentina and Monza are known to be keeping an eye on the situation in Serie A, but also have other targets they are tracking.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Ligue 1 side Stade Rennais have joined the fray and Kean has good memories of France after his loan spell with Paris Saint-Germain. Now Sportitalia maintain that Atletico Madrid are another option for the Italy international centre-forward, depending on how long Memphis Depay will be out of action for.
While Juventus would gladly sell Kean, they are also all too aware a loan is the most likely deal they can get done, especially in January. How quickly they can sort out his future will have a direct impact on Djalo’s signing and possibly the coming of a midfielder.

Fiorentina have officially signed right-back Marco Davide Faraoni from Verona, while Hellas agree Josh Doig’s sale to Olympique Marseille. Verona are completely revamping their squad in the January transfer window and already sold defender Isak Hien to Atalanta.

Faraoni completed his move to Fiorentina today and it is a six-month loan with option to buy at the end of the season. The 32-year-old can play as a right-back, but also in a more advanced attacking role on the right flank. His previous clubs include Inter and Udinese, giving him 194 Serie A appearances.
Also, Verona have agreed terms for the permanent transfer of Doig to Olympique Marseille, who beat Torino to his signature. Nonetheless, he could make one final appearance today against Empoli before flying out over the weekend for that €6m including bonuses deal.
