Juventus Record Biggest Win In Club History As Arsenal Deny Wolfsburg Victory

Italian Serie A Women Champions, Juventus recorded a 2-1 win over the most successful team in the UEFA Women’s Champions League, Olympique Lyonnais (Lyon) in the quarter-final first leg encounter on Wednesday in Turin, Italy.

Lyon had a 0-1 lead at halftime as Catarina Macario had scored the first goal of the game in the eighth minute.

A red card issued to Lyon defender, Ellie Carpenter in the 62nd minute changed the complexion of the game.
