Juventus Will Look To Offload A Number Of Stars But Will Definitely Keep Summer Signing
Written By Onyeka Daniel
It is definitely going to be a summer of changes for Juventus after they switched from Thiago Motta to Igor Tudor and whether the Croatian manager stays beyond the 2024-25 season will have little or no effect on changes that the club will make for next season.
More Details
They’re expected to be very busy in the summer transfer window as the club will need to partially rebuild their squad after a disappointing campaign that ended with the exit of Motta while Tudor has started well so far.

A number of players are expected to exit the club while they also look to bring in new faces, but it’s not expected to be as much as the last transfer window under the former Bologna manager, where they signed as much as 8 players or more.
Consequently, recent reports are suggesting that young defender, Nicolò Savona could be one of the players that would be sold. He’s said to be attracting plenty of interest from the Bundesliga, with Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen interested in signing signing him.
Savona made his senior Juventus debut this season under Motta, scoring on his second Serie A appearance against Hellas Verona. The 22-year-old has scored two goals and provided one assist in 33 appearances across all competitions this season.
He earned his first senior Italy call-up in November, but spent games against Belgium and France on the bench. He’s not the only one expected to leave, as a separate report from Tuttosport has it that the Bianconeri will listen to big-money offers for Andrea Cambiaso in the summer.
On the other hand they will not sell Michele Di Gregorio. Meanwhile, Greek midfielder Konstantinos Karetsas is among the Bianconeri’s targets. The latest report claims that the Old Lady has sent scouts to watch Genk midfielder Karetsas.
He has already been linked with Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Newcastle and Manchester City. Juventus and Pep Guardiola’s City are expected to cross paths in the summer, given that the Premier League giants remain interested in the Bianconeri’s pair Di Gregorio and Cambiaso.
The versatile full-back was already heavily linked with a move to the Etihad Stadium in the January transfer window, and according to the report, Juventus have set their asking price at €60m-70m for the summer. They may be forced to part ways with one of their stars.
Though, not for sporting reasons, instead it is due to financial reasons, and it is understood that they would sell Cambiaso rather than Kenan Yildiz. Di Gregorio is also a long-time Man City target, but according to Tuttosport, Juventus are unwilling to sell the Italian goalkeeper.

He has been impressive since making the move from Monza as he is about to complete his first season in Turin. There is also the possibility that they will look to offload Douglas Luiz after a less than impressive season in the Serie A after joining from Aston Villa in the last summer transfer window.
