Swedish Damallsvenskan side, Eskilstuna United, and AIK Football have agreed on a transfer for Kaisa Collin who has left Eskilstuna.
Collin has been unveiled by AIK and signed a two-year- deal with her new Club until December 31, 2023.
“There is a great deal of interest in our players”, says Eskilstuna United Coach and Sports Director, Magnus Munken Karlsson about this summer’s intensive transfer window.
Kaisa Collin came to Eskilstuna for the 2019 season and has played a total of 38 matches in the OBOS Damallsvenskan, of which she started 18 games. She has scored five goals for Eskilstuna United.
“One of the most difficult things I have decided in my life, but I have also thought about this for a long time. I knew I had to leave if I did not get playing time and so it was. I have “no hard feelings” for United. I want to thank the team and my friends in Eskilstuna who have helped me feel good in tough times. I also want to thank the entire “staff” for the work you do for the team. Tuna12 also gets a big thank you, you have cheered on me when I enter the pitch. Thank you Eskilstuna, I have had so much fun with you and I will miss you but see you. Good luck”, Kaisa Collin told Eskilstuna United website before her departure for AIK.

“This transfer window has been more intense than we are used to. There is great interest in our players in Sweden and abroad. It is a positive and a good rating for Eskilstuna United as a training ground for future football players. We continue the work of getting new players into the squad and continue working with the team building before the autumn.” Says Magnus Karlsson.
