Kazakhstan: The Biggest Climber On Latest FIFA Ranking

The Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) on Thursday released the latest Coca-Cola/ FIFA Rankings with Kazakhstan emerging as the highest climber.

Before the latest ranking, Kazakhstan national team occupy the 125th position and moved eleven (11) places to 114 yesterday.
Kazakhstan’s recent form in the UEFA Nations League propelled the team to emerge as the highest climbers on the ranking.
The team won three (3) of its last four (4) games in 2022/2023 UEFA Nations League Group C Group 3.
Kazakhstan seats at the top of the group with ten (10) points from four (4) games ahead of Slovakia (6 points), Azerbaijan (4 points), and Belarus (2 points).
Other top climbers on the ranking include Greece (+7), Cuba (+10), and Malaysia (+7).

Greece has won its last four (4) UEFA Nations League games and seats top of Group C Group 2 with 12 points ahead of Kosovo (6 points), Northern Ireland, and Cyprus (2 points).
Cuba in the CONCACAF Nations League B has won three (3) of its last four (4) games against Barbados, Antigua, and Barbuda (twice), losing to Guadeloupe.
Malaysia has won two (2) of its last three (3) games in the Asian Cup Qualification Third Round, losing once to Bahrain (1-2).

Denmark moved into the top ten (10) on the ranking as the only change to the top ten (10) teams.

Brazil seats at the top of the ranking ahead of Belgium (2), and Argentina (3).
France (4), England (5), Spain (6), Italy (7), The Netherlands (8), Portugal (9), and Denmark (10) complete the top ten (10) teams.
