Las Palmas President Miguel Angel Ramirez Reveal Details Of Barcelona’s Payment Structure For Pedri’s Transfer

Las Palmas President Miguel Angel Ramirez has revealed the details of Pedri’s move to Barcelona after the La Blaugrana acted quickly to sign the playmaker who was born in Tenerife after observing his ascent through Gran Canaria’s youth ranks in 2019 where he made his debut for the first team.

Pedri signed a contract with Barcelona a month after making his Las Palmas debut although it was subjected to his staying in the Canary Islands for the 2020–21 campaign.

Miguel Angel Ramirez, the president of Las Palmas has now verified that the deal is final and that the entire possible price has been paid but it is more than €20 million.

“We have surpassed the €20 million barrier but I can’t go into specifics because I don’t remember them all,” according to Mundo Deportivo reports.

“I believe that when Barcelona signed him, there were five clauses: three of the five million have already been paid, one is for international matches, and the other is for some unknown variable”.

“Pedri’s final transfer to Barcelona is expected to cost between €20 and €25 million”.

During Brighton’s win 3-2 in the Premier League last month over Nottingham Forest , the 21-year-old was forced off injured and De Zerbi initially thought the worst but following an evaluation by the Brighton medical staff that included hamstring scans, Fati has now been given an update on by De Zerbi on the Spanish international.

According to BBC Sport reports, “I think he needs three months to recover from the day of the injury. It’s unfortunate for us as he was improving his play and comprehending my concepts more clearly”.

If Fati’s recuperation proceeds in accordance to plan, he could rejoin Brighton by the end of February.
