El Nuevo Insular reports that Las Palmas of Spain’s second division are in advanced negotiations with the defending La Liga champions about a move for Marvin Park, a product of the Real Madrid academy, during the summer transfer window.

Marvin Park joined Real Madrid’s under-17 team in the summer 2016 transfer window and has been a member of the club ever since. In the 2020–21 season, he eventually made his first-team debut for the Spanish club, playing four La Liga games for Los Blancos and even contributing an assist.

The 22-year-old has made 59 appearances for Real Madrid Castilla in all competitions, contributing to three goals and scoring four times. Marvin Park has also played 14 games in the UEFA Youth League, where he has two goals and four assists.

Las Palmas have spent the last five seasons in the Spanish second tier, including the current one, are ready to bring in reinforcements in order to make a push for promotion to La Liga. They came in fourth previous season and will want to improve upon that mark in 2022–23.

Despite the fact that Real Madrid have not yet been prominently associated with another player, there may be other departures, including Marvin Park’s. Manchester United is rumored to be mulling a move for Marco Asensio, who has also been linked with an exit.

Spanish giants Real Madrid are reportedly interested in securing the services of Nice striker Amine Gouiri.

For the 2022–23 season, Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti wants to improve his forward options in order to ease the pressure on French international Karim Benzema.

Gouiri has scored an impressive 22 Ligue 1 goals in the last two seasons, but Ancelotti lacks a Plan B center forward with Luka Jovic and Borja Mayoral’ both leaving Madrid this summer.
