Andre Onana could leave Ajax this summer according to a recent report from French outlet, L’Equipe.

The 25-year-old Cameroon international goalkeeper’s contract expires next summer and this has put several clubs across Europe on high alert.

Italian champions, Inter Milan, were reportedly in negotiations to sign the goalkeeper for free next summer but it appears that Olympique Lyon have taken steps to secure his signature for an immediate transfer.

L’Equipe reports that Onana has agreed A five-year deal with the French club and negotiations are now underway with Ajax for the transfer of the shot stopper. Ajax reportedly want €10 million for Onana while Lyon’s present offer stands at €5 million.

The report first further to state that both clubs could reach an agreement if Lyon raises it’s offer to €6 million plus add-ons.

Onana is currently serving a 12-month ban for a doping violation, and is expected to make a return to football in November.
