He was loaned out to fellow EPL side, Everton, but failed to make an impact and he could now be set for another loan move in January, to Italian side, Inter Milan.

The Nerazzurri, due to their limited finances are said to be on the lookout for a midfield reinforcement that would cost them much and Van de Beek fits the bill perfectly.

Despite the coming of Erik Ten Hag, his former coach at Ajax, he still continues to struggle and the club is hoping that he finds some form should he go out on loan, to help his market value.

Inter will look to take advantage and strike a deal with the club and the fact that they will be playing in the UEFA Champions League when league action resumes next year could help convince the player to move to the San Siro.

Even if it’s on a temporary basis, as they look to bring in a couple of new players while getting rid of some unwanted players and the fact that the Red Devils will be responsible for part of the player’s salary is an added bonus.

Meanwhile…

EPL clubs, Aston Villa and Leicester city are said to be hovering around Dutch defender, Stefan de Vrij and hoping to sign the player from Italian side, Inter Milan next year June when he will become a free agent, that is if he doesn’t sign a new contract.

The player is hoping that he can agree a new deal on at least the same salary terms as his current contract, which sees him earn €4.2 million net per season while the club is asking him to reduce his salary to help their financial state.

Should he decide to refuse their offer, Aston Villa and Leicester are ready to take advantage, having alerted his agent of their interest. Spanish side, Atletico Madrid are also said to be interested.

The player is currently with the Dutch national team at the World Cup in Qatar and will reportedly decide on his future after the tournament with reports that he would rather stay with Inter Milan than move elsewhere since no top team is coming for him at the moment.
