More Details

This win puts them in third place for the Supporters’ Shield, and they are now in a strong position to win the regular-season title for the second time in three years, having also won it in 2023.

With four games left in the season, The Orange & Blue are in second place in the Eastern Conference. They are looking to lock in a top-four spot and get home-field advantage in the playoffs. The team currently has 55 points from a record of 17 wins, 9 losses, and 4 draws.

After acquiring him for $12 million from the Portland Timbers in February, Cincinnati’s Brazilian midfielder, Evander, has had a standout year. He’s a candidate for the Landon Donovan MLS MVP award, contributing 17 goals and 10 assists.

His performance has created a formidable attacking duo with new designated player Kévin Denkey, a Togo international who was acquired this winter for a club-record fee and has scored 13 goals and one assist.

Miles Robinson and Evander of the USMNT were selected as 2025 MLS All-Stars. Meanwhile, Cincy re-signed Brazilian forward Brenner on a loan from Udinese on the transfer deadline day.
