Barcelona’s teenage midfielder Ilaix Moriba has once again been left out of the first-team squad with his future at the club still uncertain. Contract talks between Barcelona and the 18-year-old agents is set to take place later in the week.

According to a report by Mundo Deportivo Moriba could join the squad in the coming days if an agreement is reached over a new contract with Barcelona.
Barcelona’s first preseason match is against German side Stuttgart on Saturday, then they will face Red Bull Salzburg in Austria on Wednesday, 4 August.
