The 30-year-old former Slovenian youth international helped the Revs earn their first winning streak of the 2024 campaign on Saturday by making five saves and maintaining a clean sheet in their 1-0 home victory over the New York Red Bulls.

Ivacic, who played for the Portland Timbers from 2020–23 before joining New England as a free agency in April, is the team’s first Player of the Matchday since Carles Gil in 2023 (Matchday 16).

Ivacic is the first goalie to win the award since Dayne St. Clair of Minnesota United did it on Matchday 3 in 2022.

When the Revolution host the Vancouver Whitecaps FC on Saturday night at Gillette Stadium (7:30 pm ET | MLS Season Pass), Ivacic and the team will be looking to win three straight games.
