New Kits For England Women's Team Unveiled Ahead Of Euros

The countdown has begun for the Women’s European Championship this summer, and Nike has unveiled England’s home and away kits to generate excitement. Inspired by the idea of ‘deeds, not words’, the home kit pays tribute to the Lionesses and their remarkable national achievements, including Euro 2022, as well as the future generations of female players who are elevating the sport to new levels.

The kit incorporates color shifts to honor the trailblazers of the national team from the ‘70s and ‘80s. Additionally, there is a fresh design for the away kit and a beautiful goalkeeping shirt for keepers, featuring the legendary Mary Earps. All of the kits are now available for purchase, just in time for this summer’s events.

Sarina Weigman and her Lionesses squad are the defending champions and will aim to keep the title they secured in 2022 on home ground at Wembley Stadium. The tournament officially starts on July 2nd in Switzerland, with the final scheduled for July 27th.

Home Kit
Nike has opted for a classic white England home strip featuring unique detailing. Blue transitions into red for an ombre effect at the top of the shirt, stopping just below the national badge and Nike swoosh for a vibrant touch.

The jersey showcases the traditional England crest along with subtle elements like the thorn on the jersey number and the inner-pride logo with the English rose. Royal blue sleeve cuffs and color contrast against the white create a very understated yet elegant England home kit.

Away Kit
For the away kit, Nike has chosen a striking, modern black design. Side panels introduce a more playful aspect to the design, featuring another ombre effect that blends blue, red, and pink. This time, both the badge and Nike swoosh are embellished in a turquoise color scheme, creating a fresh and dynamic look.

Goalkeepers Kit

The goalkeeper’s kit comes in the traditional green colourway, with pencil-thin striping that some add some dimension to the design. The crest and Nike logo are both centralised for an almost retro take.
