Neymar Returns To PSG Training Centre As He Continues Rehabilitation Ahead Of Next Season

Neymar Jr has returned to French capital city Paris today following his lengthy injury lay-off which has ruled him out of the season and also out of PSG’s chase of a record 11th successive Ligue 1 title after suffering a horrible injury in the win against Lille back in February.

Neymar Jr has returned to the Training Centre, a club statement on their official website read with the members of Paris Saint-Germain’s medical staff and the surgeons who operated on him proceeding with the removal of his protective boot today.

After receiving reassuring results from his tests, the player will now be able to continue his rehabilitation protocol in Paris but will be out of action until next season.

As part of his stay in Paris, David Beckham visited the Paris Saint-Germain Training Centre to meet the players with the former Paris man taking advantage of a visit to the French capital to meet the players at the training ground after today’s session.

Whilst there, Beckham bumped into his former Paris Saint-Germain teammate Marco Verratti as well as extending warm greetings to the training-ground staff.

PSG will be hosting Lorient FC at the Parc des Princes stadium on Sunday as they continue 11th Ligue 1 title.
