More Details

Hagglund will be placed on the Season-Ending Injury List after suffering an injury during Cincy’s game against the New England Revolution on June 22. With that roster designation, he joins Matt Miazga, another centre back, who is injured.

Miles Robinson, Ian Murphy, and Kipp Keller are Cincinnati’s obvious center-back choices with Hagglund and Miazga both out. The Secondary Transfer Window opens on July 18 and the reigning Supporters’ Shield champions may add players.

Hagglund, 31, leads Cincinnati in appearances made all-time with 139. 2014 saw him make his MLS debut with Toronto FC.

Before this Saturday’s high-profile matchup with Inter Miami, Cincinnati is second in the Eastern Conference despite these injury setbacks.
