Leicester City have completed the signing of Swiss international Alisha Lehmann from Italian side FC Como, with the forward penning a deal that will keep her at the club until 2028.

Lehmann makes a high-profile return to the Barclays Women’s Super League, a league she knows well after previous spells with West Ham United, Everton, and Aston Villa.

Her move adds creativity, experience, and attacking flair to Leicester City’s squad as they continue to strengthen ahead of the new season.

Describing the switch as a return to familiar territory, Lehmann expressed her delight at being back in England.

“It feels amazing and I’m so happy to be here. It feels like a homecoming, coming back to England, and I’m really happy.”

The 25-year-old brings with her top-level experience from both England and Italy, as well as significant international pedigree with Switzerland.
