Orlando Pride Appoint Caitlin Carducci As VP Of Soccer Operations

Orlando Pride have appointed former Kansas City Current general manager Caitlin Carducci as their new Vice President of Soccer Operations, strengthening the club’s front office ahead of the upcoming NWSL season.

More Details

Carducci emerged as the leading candidate following an extensive search, according to Pride owner Mark Wilf, who highlighted her experience, reputation, and alignment with the club’s long-term vision.

“She emerged as the clear choice in our search with her deep expertise, strong reputation, and a vision that aligns with our culture,” Wilf said in a statement released on Tuesday.

Carducci joins the Pride after stepping away from the Current at the conclusion of the 2025 season, following a historic campaign that saw Kansas City claim the NWSL Shield.

Her two-year tenure helped establish the club as one of the league’s standard-bearers on and off the pitch.

She replaces Haley Carter, who departed Orlando in November to take up the role of President of Soccer Operations with the Washington Spirit.

Commenting on her appointment, Carducci expressed enthusiasm about the opportunity and the club’s direction.

“The chance to work with the Wilf family, whose leadership and investment reflect their commitment to a world-class organization, along with a championship-level roster and technical staff, made this an easy decision,” she said.

Carducci’s arrival signals Orlando Pride’s intent to build sustained success, both competitively and structurally, as the club continues to push toward NWSL honors.
