AC Milan’s young striker, Pedro Pellegri is set to leave the Milan club due to his less playing time in the team.

Milan coach Pioli has only 40 year-old Zlatan Ibrahimovic available for the rest of year as Giroud may likely not recover from his muscular injury until the end of December. While this should offer Pellegri some more minutes, Milan will rather bring in another striker into the squad.

The whole situation looks tiring to the young Italian and he’s to get more playing time elsewhere.

Milan paid €500k with an option to buy him permanently for €6 million from his parent club.

Meanwhile…

Two Serie A clubs according to Calciomercato have shown interest in Pedro Pellegri with Milan seemingly open to letting the Italian leave the club.

There is Genoa, the club that raised Pellegri from the academy and brought him to limelight in the 2017/18 season catching the attention of everyone when he scored two goals against Lazio.

Pellegri gradually became a regular name in the first team of Genoa before moving on to Monaco in the 2019.

There is also Torino. The Granata lost their top striker to a two-month injury and would need a temporary fix till at least he returns.

Also, the injured striker Andrea Belotti may be leaving very soon as his contract expires June next year.
