Mkhitaryan admitted that against Torino, “After we scored the second goal we eased up a bit.” He said in a post match interview with SportMediaset. “After the kickoff, when Torino got the ball forward, we conceded a goal that we shouldn’t have,” he continued. “We let themselves back into the match and caused problems for ourselves.”

Mkhitarayn then said that “In the second half we improved. “We moved the ball quickly in possession. We created a lot of chances and we finally found the goal. “Then we thought we’d finished it off,” Mkhitarayn said. “But then we allowed them to open it back up with the penalty for 3-2, which caused us problems.”

“We’re happy with the win,” he continued. “But there’s still a lot of work to do.”“I’ve already said that there are aspects we have to improve on,” Mkhitaryan said. “Because last season we didn’t give many opportunities to our opposition. “This season we’ve been allowing them more space, and more chances to score.”
