Seven players have been acknowledged for their exceptional form, with a seventh award winner to be named following Rasmus Hojlund’s success for Manchester United in February.

Mikel Arteta and Jurgen Klopp are title rivals vying for the manager’s award, with two other Premier League managers also in the race following strong performances.

Newcastle striker Alexander Isak is acknowledged for his four goals in March, including a brace in a thrilling 4-3 victory over West Ham United at St James’ Park. Alexis MacAllister generated 11 opportunities in three March games for Liverpool, who are firmly in contention for their second Premier League title in four years.

Fulham’s play has been quite up and down, but things have only been going one way for Rodrigo Muniz up front, who was in fantastic form in March, scoring four goals and providing an assist in four matches. Cole Palmer is Chelsea’s bright spot in an inconsistent season, with three goals and two assists from games against Brentford, Newcastle United, and Burnley.

Tottenham Hotspur’s Son Heung-min has been in good form recently. The South Korean has been involved in five goals including vital ones against Crystal Palace, Luton Town, and Aston Villa. All eyes have been on Dominic Solanke at Bournemouth, but teammate Antoine Semenyo has taken the spotlight in March. The 24-year-old helped the Cherries go unbeaten for four games.

Finally, Ben White’s outstanding performance for Arsenal are recognised with a March nomination. The Gunners remained unbeaten in their three games, including a goalless draw at Manchester City, and White scored against Sheffield United before assisting on two goals against Brentford.
