According to multiple reports, several teams have learnt the asking price for Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, a star for Borussia Dortmund, including Liverpool.

More Details

According to recent sources, the Reds, Chelsea, and Tottenham Hotspur are keeping an eye on the 20-year-old’s progress in Germany.

Following in the footsteps of Englishmen such as Jude Bellingham and Jadon Sancho, Bynoe-Gittens left Manchester City to join Dortmund in 2020. Since then, he has established himself as a first-team player for the Bundesliga giants.

Despite playing 34 games across all competitions last season, contributing two goals and eight assists, the winger’s minutes were limited in 2021 and 2022 due to injury.

Since then, he has had a strong start to the new season. Bynoe-Gittens has scored four goals and provided two assists in nine games this season, including a brace of goals during a 22-minute cameo during a 3-0 victory over Club Brugge in the Champions League last month.

Although Bynoe-Gittens has a deal with Westfalenstadion through the summer of 2028, the England Under-21 international has been linked to a potential return to his homeland.

Dortmund are not expected to sanction the sale of Bynoe-Gittens, who is in high demand, during the January transfer window, according to Football Insider.

The report further states that if BVB receives an offer of between £40 million and £50 million, they would be willing to cash in on the winger next summer.

Liverpool is reportedly interested in Bynoe-Gittens even though they signed Federico Chiesa, an Italy international, for £12 million in the summer. Bynoe-Gittens has reportedly been selected by Arne Slot’s team as a possible long-term replacement for club legend Mohamed Salah, who faces a bleak future at Anfield.
