Real Madrid Announce Strategic Partnership With Orange Until 2027

Real Madrid and Orange have announced a three-year strategic partnership that will see the telecommunications giant become the club’s official partner. The agreement was formalized by Emilio Butragueño, Real Madrid’s Director of Institutional Relations, and Germán López, MASORANGE’s Chief Operating Officer.

As part of the partnership, Orange will be the official telecommunications sponsor for both Real Madrid’s men’s and women’s football teams. The deal includes extensive branding opportunities, including prominent placement on the Santiago Bernabéu stadium’s 360-degree LED halo.

Germán López expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting the shared vision of leveraging technology to enhance the football experience. “Football is a cornerstone of modern life, and we believe this partnership will allow us to create unforgettable experiences for our customers,” he said.
Beyond branding, the collaboration will involve joint marketing and advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media. Orange will also provide Real Madrid with advanced 5G/5G+ mobile connectivity solutions and serve as the mobile communications provider for the club’s employees.

Real Madrid kicked off their pre-season preparations in the United States with their first training session at the University of Illinois in Chicago. The squad is fine-tuning their game ahead of their opening match in the DirecTV Soccer Champions Tour against Milan at Soldier Field on Thursday.
The training session under Ancelotti saw the players focus on physical conditioning in the gym before transitioning to pitch work. Drills emphasized possession, pressing, and ball control, culminating in small-sided matches.
